Shipping & import duties
Delivery: US$39 express delivery from Australia.
Import duties: applicable duties are calculated and prepaid at checkout before your order is dispatched.
How your order travels
US orders are dispatched from Australia using Australia Post and its international delivery partners. Tracking is provided when your parcel leaves us. We aim to dispatch available items within two Australian business days.
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and may vary by location, customs processing and seasonal carrier demand. Please allow additional time for less-central addresses and peak holiday periods.
Duties and customs information
Hank & Hera products are designed in Australia and made in India. Applicable US import duties are calculated from the product type, fabric and country of origin and are collected at checkout. We do not dispatch a US order until the required duty information is complete.
If an order cannot be dispatched because duty was not correctly collected, we will contact you and cancel and refund the order rather than sending an unexpected charge to the door.
