Return conditions

Full-price items may be returned if they are unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with the original tags and packaging. Please contact us with your order number before sending anything back. Items returned without approval, or items that do not meet these conditions, may be declined.

We strongly recommend a tracked postal service. Hank & Hera cannot process a refund for a parcel that does not reach us.

Refunds and exchanges

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method after the item is inspected. Original delivery charges, return postage and import duties or customs processing fees are not refundable, except where required by law.

We do not offer direct international exchanges. To choose another size or style, return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Final sale and faulty items

Sale items shown with a struck-through price are final sale unless faulty. Gift cards cannot be returned. If an item arrives faulty, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can help.
